Cook 1 cup of Millet to 2 cups of water cover back until gone.
- 1 pound ground turkey with cooked Millet.
- 1 large onion grate
- 2 or 3 large carrot grated
- 3 tsp ketchup
- 3 tsp mustard
- Salt and Pepper
Mix all together and make a loaf. Bake 400° or 350° for about 45 minutes.
